Careers at Navos

A culture of inclusion.

We are fiercely committed to equity and inclusion in our services, in our workplace, and in our community. We recognize that social inequities have marginalized some groups while giving advantage to others, and we are devoted to creating a more equitable future for all. We proactively recruit and work to retain staff that reflects the diversity of the clients that we serve. Furthermore, we do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, age, citizenship status, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, or use of a service animal. We encourage candidates who share these values to apply.
