Without support and treatment, mental illness can make you feel hopeless. It’s important to get help right away. Here’s where to call for help:

If you are in crisis:
Please call 206-461-3222 or 866-4CRISIS. This number operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are interested in getting services from Navos:
Please call 206-248-8226 or email here. You will need to provide the name of your health insurance provider and your policy number. After you contact us, you will be referred to a Navos specialist who will connect you with the services you need.

For appointments:
If you need to schedule, change, ask a question about your appointment with Navos, please contact our desk line at 206-241-0990. We do not do scheduling online.

For patient information:
We do not transmit patient information or chart requests via email. For this information, please contact our medical records department at 206-439-2509 or by fax 206-439-2277.
